ABOUT SPORTS 4 TOTS
Our award winning multi-sport programme introduces children to a wide variety of sports and a varied and diverse range of skills. Our lessons are structured, exciting, educational and above all FUN!
Our lessons incorporate specific skill acquisition and exercises that help a child’s physical and cognitive development. We aim to improve core fundamental skills such as agility, balance and co-ordination and also social skills such as communication, listening, sharing and team work.
We strive to promote, encourage and instil in children the importance of a healthy, active lifestyle.
Because our teaching schedule is multi sport based and varied, our sessions never become boring and we have a very high retention rate of clients and participants.

Sports 4 Tots was first established by siblings Carly and Nick Eagles. With a shared experience of over 20 years of sports coaching we have deigned and built an effective coaching programme which runs as a successful and profitable business in multiple regions of the country.
The Sports 4 Tots teaching programme has made a positive difference to lots of children’s lives since it was first created. Our dream and vision for the future is that even more children get to learn and grow a love for sport by engaging and taking part in our unique programme. We believe this can be achieved by delivering sessions in many more schools and to thousands more children across the country.
Our motto is “Start Young, Get Active, Stay Healthy”. We believe that a love for sport, being healthy and an active lifestyle should be started at the earliest opportunity, so as soon as a child can walk they are able to engage and enjoy sport through our programme.
