No. After you have paid your yearly subscription you have access to the virtual online resources for 1 whole year. The only additional costs would be if you choose to purchase an equipment box or require any replacement equipment.

You will create your own username and password upon sign up on our website, this will be individual and exclusive to your setting and will be up to you to remember.

No. Purchasing the equipment boxes are optional. You can still view all of the videos and use your own equipment if you have it. However, it is worth considering an equipment package because some of the activities could involve equipment you don’t have and an equipment package will ensure you get the most out of your subscription.

In total there are 125 videos. These are separated into terms and weeks to go along with the school timetable, so there are 3 terms, split into 12 weeks each. Each week contains 3 videos which means each week you will have 3 new videos to watch. There are also additional videos for Christmas, Easter and Sports Days and there are short character videos that deal with subjects such as behaviour, tooth brushing and mental well-being. As well as all of the videos, you also have access to all of the corresponding plans and all of the downloadable worksheets for the children to complete.

The videos and activities are targeted and designed for children between 2 and 7 year olds, so they cover the EYFS and Key Stage 1 requirements. All activities come with simplifications and variations to make them suitable for each age group and differing ability levels. The written activity plans that accompany each video are easily readable for your staff to quickly adapt any activity and make it suitable for your children’s requirements. There is a staff training PowerPoint presentation available within your member’s area. This takes staff through the whole process of running the Sports 4 Tots programme, it includes all the training your staff need to get the most out of your subscription. This is available at all times for new members of staff or for existing staff to refresh their knowledge.

Each video is only approximately between 3 and 4 minutes long. They are designed to be quick and engaging to watch. The videos are designed to motivate you and the children to go out and play the game, not just watch it. The videos are also designed to initiate group discussions or raise questions that your staff can talk to the children about.

In order that you never lose access to all of the resources there will be an automatic renewal of your subscription after 12 months. You will be notified before this renewal and you can stop the auto-renewal if you wish with no further obligations. If you choose to not re-new however you will lose all access to the online member’s area and access to all of the video and learning content.

Yes, within the member’s area there is a club shop which is available for members only to replenish equipment or buy additional resources. All the equipment within this shop is chosen by us so you know that it is of the highest quality and it is suitable for your age group.
